I decided to collect for you the most healthy fall salads. When the summer’s over, most of us add more comfort food, soups, casseroles to our daily meals. But what if you love salads as I do? You totally don’t have to miss salads with so many fall harvest foods you can add and mix.
Do you know why I like salads the most? Because you can eat as many as you want. They contain no carbohydrates, and the number of calories is below 100 even in the largest portion.
Do not forget about the amazing variety of possible options. You can be sure to always to get a variety of useful vitamins. Ideally, the salad should be included in the daily menu and use them literally every day. Of course, I would not recommend making a diet entirely from salads, but they will perfectly complement almost any diet plan!
Even if you are not a salad lover, you can always add a little chicken and the salad will get a new taste.
