I decided to collect my most favorite keto meals for you. To be honest, I am a very lazy person, so I have collected only the simplest and most delicious recipes. Many of these dishes are prepared in 10 minutes. I split them into 3 parts: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. The main thing here is that you can mix every meal with others and make your own keto-day!
