16 WEIGHT WATCHERS BREAKFAST RECIPES WITH SMARTPOINTS ON THE GO

What should a good Weight Watchers Breakfast include? A lot of proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats! Breakfast gives us a boost of energy for the whole day, so it is important to consider the choice of products for Breakfast. I became familiar with weight watchers not for a long ago, but I definitely like it. It’s amazing when you shouldn’t calculate calories and enjoy any food you want to eat while losing weight. All you need to know is how many Weight Watchers points you may include in your meal plan.

What the difference between the plans?

First of all, they differ in the number of zero-point foods.
For example, with the green WW plan, you can eat fruits and non-starchy veggies, unsweetened fruit cocktails, pickles, salsa, tomato sauce, tomato puree, water chestnuts, and wax beans and they will cost zero points.
In a blue plan, you can also include things like chicken, beans, greek yogurt, and eggs without tracking them.

The purple plan has all free foods from Blue plan, but also potatoes, brown rice pasta, brown quinoa, whole-wheat couscous, black bean pasta, brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, fish (including canned tuna in water), non-fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, air-popped popcorn without oil.

More info

The second thing is each plan has a different number of points per day. The green plan is designed for people who like to count food and aims to create healthy habits. The blue and purple plans give you more freedom in choosing food, but less in WW points.

What plan should I choose?

Any of them. If you prefer not to worry about tracking everything you eat (and plan to eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods), then a purple or blue plan may be the best option for you. You can try every plan and choose the best one for yourself.
